At Castlecraft Ecommerce Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality software engineering, consulting, and support services. Our policy on cancellations and refunds is designed to be clear and fair, reflecting the nature of our business.

Services and Consulting

All of our professional services—including but not limited to consulting, software development, custom implementation, support, and training—are rendered on a professional effort basis. These services often relate to our open-source products (R-Auth, Castlecraft Architect, Castlecraft Engineer) or other complex client requirements.

Due to the significant investment of time, resources, and intellectual property required for our service engagements, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a project or service period has commenced. All payments for service retainers, project milestones, and support packages are non-refundable.

Open Source Products

Our software products, including R-Auth, Castlecraft Architect, and Castlecraft Engineer, are distributed under open-source licenses and are free to use, modify, and distribute according to their respective license terms. We do not charge for the software licenses themselves. Any fees paid to Castlecraft are for the professional services associated with these products.

We encourage clients to discuss any concerns with our team to ensure mutual understanding and satisfaction throughout the engagement.
